Westchester County: Hispanic Community Needs Assessment
For the first time in more than two decades, Westchester County has completed a comprehensive study of its Hispanic community, conducted in partnership with Pace University and the County’s Hispanic Advisory Board. The study highlights critical priorities and provides a roadmap for how the County and its partners can better serve this growing population.
